Description
San Mateo County Health is seeking a well-qualified individual for the position of Public Health Laboratory Director to plan, organize, direct and supervise the operation of the Public Health Laboratory; recommend, develop, implement and evaluate goals, objectives, policies, and procedures related to the Laboratory; provide staff support to higher level management in San Mateo County Health; and select, train and supervise subordinate clinical, technical and clerical staff. The current vacancy is a regular position in Public Health, Policy & Planning, located in San Mateo, CA, but may travel/drive occasionally to attend meetings or perform other duties of the job.
