• Good communication skills in order to follow oral and written directions and instructions, that includes Standard Operating Procedures.

• Some knowledge of names and uses for laboratory equipment

• Ability to learn the basic understanding of aseptic technique, laboratory standards, regulations and scientific principles required to work in a laboratory

• Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
